A Little About Me
For years, shame lived in my body as chronic pain, dizziness, and a nervous system that never fully relaxed. I had done the journalling, the breathwork, the somatic practices — and all of it helped, but none of it was what finally shifted things.
What shifted was feeling safe enough to be truly witnessed by another person. Someone else who had been in the darkness I was sitting in, and wasn't afraid of it. In that moment, something in my body that had been braced for years softly opened and started to let go.
That moment is why I do this work.
I'm someone who knows this terrain because I've walked it. I sit with you inside your experience, not above it, until your nervous system remembers it is safe to release what it has been carrying.
Together, we'll uncover the hidden patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies keeping you stuck in cycles that no longer serve you.

Ways to Work Together
Everyone's path looks different. Some people need the intimacy of 1:1 work. Others find powerful energy unlocked in the presence of a small group of people who understand. Whatever you need, there is a place for you.
A single session for when you need to be heard, get clear on what you're carrying, and understand what it might feel like to begin putting it down. No commitment. Just an honest conversation with someone who will witness you.
Three months of dedicated work together, including weekly sessions, voice message support between sessions, and a pace that honors your nervous system rather than pushing past it. This is where the deepest release and rebuilding happens.
A six-week small group experience for people who want to do this work in the company of others who understand. There is something that happens when a room full of people (even a small virtual one) exhale together. Pain, shame and programming lose their power in the presence of shared humanity.
